Refund policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid Cloudflowpro enrollments confirmed by invoice. Website pricing pages are informational only and do not create a purchase by themselves.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before a live Property Cohort start date and you have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus. Desk Review self-paced access is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of recorded modules have been opened.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within the windows above. Requests after those windows are considered only for documented service failures attributable to Cloudflowpro (for example, a cohort canceled by us).

Partial refunds

If Cloudflowpro postpones a live cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may transfer to a later cohort at no charge or receive a pro-rata refund for undelivered live sessions. Partial refunds for completed live weeks are generally unavailable once those sessions have occurred.

Non-refundable items

Custom Group Governance workshops that have already been delivered, third-party venue fees paid on your behalf with prior approval, and certificate re-issue fees are non-refundable. Promotional discounts already applied are not paid out as cash differences.

How to request a refund

Email contact@cloudflowpro.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. Phone: 886-4-2639-5985/2639-6430/2639-9847. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method whenever the processor allows. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. You will receive a written confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Cancellation by Cloudflowpro

If we cancel a cohort for instructor illness or under-enrollment, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Taiwan(China) remain unaffected. Where those rights provide a stronger remedy than this policy, the stronger remedy applies.
